About Liom
Liom is a Swiss health-tech startup dedicated to revolutionizing the field of personalized health monitoring. Our objective is to develop the first health wearable monitoring glucose non-invasively. We will launch our wearable as a consumer product in the EU in H1’2027, and then as a medically cleared product in the US. Our team consists of over 80 staff, including more than 50 PhDs, with deep expertise in entrepreneurship, product development, and the required engineering as well as scientific disciplines. We are operating out of our lab facilities in Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland, and our office in San Francisco, United States.
Your mission
  • Develop a system model for a health wearable
  • Build and optimize ML/AI algorithms for a health wearable (examples)
  • Optimize the system for performance given a strict resource budget
Your profile
  • Min 3+ years of work experience with training and optimizing machine learning models for time series data (health signals, audio, video)
  • Experience in machine learning frameworks and inference formats (Pytorch, Tensorflow, TFLite, ONNX)
  • Experience with System modeling and system analysis (Matlab Simulink, etc.)
  • Experience in wearables and health related algorithms
  • Experience with digital signal processing and controls
