About Liom

Liom is a Swiss health-tech startup dedicated to revolutionizing the field of personalized health monitoring. Our objective is to develop the first health wearable monitoring glucose non-invasively. We will launch our wearable as a consumer product in the United States and Europe in 2028. Our team consists of over 35 staffwith deep expertise in product development, and the required engineering as well as scientific disciplines. We are operating out of our lab facilities in Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland.

Your mission

Own a broad, cross-functional scope across strategy, finance, legal, press, and business development:

  • Strategy materials: collaborate with stakeholders across all teams to develop key strategic storylines and documents, including investor, technology, and product presentations
  • Strategic initiativestake on strategically important initiativese.g.,critical hires, press reach outs, public or investor events, critical ad hoc analyses, etc.
  • Financial planning & analysisensure that the financial plan and business plan are aligned with the company strategy, roadmap, and fundraising plan
  • Corporate governance: ensure smooth execution of governance matters and related filings in Switzerland and the US
  • Fundraising supportmanage the data room
  • Business development: explore alternative use cases for Liom’s technology and, where relevant, assess and pursue them from a business development perspective

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with strong hands-on execution, for example in management consulting, corporate strategy, consumer tech, or a fast-growing start-up
  • Driven to takeownership across a broad range of strategic and operational topics
  • Strategy materials: proven ability to prepare clear, senior-level materials for management, the Board, and investors
  • Strategic initiatives: strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Financial planning & reporting: experience managing budgeting, long-term planning, liquidity management, and financial reporting processes
  • Corporate governance: solid experience with corporate governance topics, including board processes, shareholder matters such as annual and extraordinary general meetings and capital increases, and related filings
  • Fundraising support: experience preparing investor materials and/or managing a data room; experience working with press contacts, coordinating press releases, and supporting other external communication activities
  • Business development: experience in market sizing and competitive analysis; sales experience is a plus
  • Highly structured, detail-oriented, and reliable in execution
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus
  • Available to start as soon as possible
